4. AI Processing & Model Choices
RealEstateAI provides multiple AI processing options depending on your subscription level and explicit user selection. Users remain in control of which AI model is used at all times.

A. Apple Foundation Model (On-Device AI)
All users may use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models.

• AI processing occurs entirely on the user’s device

• Data processed using on-device AI does not leave the device

• Apple does not use user data or interactions to train its foundation models

• User-uploaded dictionaries, style guides, and reference materials remain local unless the user chooses to export or share them

• FastTrackAI does not receive or store AI prompts or outputs generated on-device
  

B. Google Gemini (Cloud-Based AI — Pro Version Only, Optional)
Pro subscribers may optionally choose to process content using Google Gemini via Google AI Studio (Gemini API) to generate more detailed summaries.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Protection

• Before any data is transmitted to the cloud-based AI service, the app automatically redacts personally identifiable information, including names, contact details, and other identifiable client data

• Only the minimum necessary redacted content is transmitted for processing
  

Data Processing & Privacy

• Data is transmitted securely to Google solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI response

• FastTrackAI uses the paid Gemini API, for which Google explicitly states:

  • No Training: Customer prompts and responses are not used to train Google’s foundation models

  • Data Ownership: Users retain all rights to their data

  • Stateless Processing: Data is processed to generate a response and is not persistently stored

  • Limited Retention: Temporary logging or caching may occur for operational, debugging, or abuse-prevention purposes, typically retained for a short duration (e.g., up to approximately 30 days), and not used for training
    

FastTrackAI Handling

• FastTrackAI does not use cloud-processed data to train its own models

• AI prompts and outputs are not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested result

• Users may switch back to on-device AI at any time

Important: AI-generated outputs may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing all summaries and reports before use.

AI may make mistakes; users should review outputs carefully.

5. Sharing of Information
- Service Providers (analytics, hosting, support).

6. Your Choices
- Adjust device permissions.
- Pro version lets you select which AI model to use.

We retain data as long as necessary for Services, legal compliance, or business purposes.

8. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is 100% secure.

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data without consent.
