FastTrackAI™ streamlines your operations, saving time and money every day. By helping to automate routine tasks, you can free up your schedule and spend more time on what really matters

Is it hard to use?

No, FastTrackAI™ uses "on device AI" on mobile apps, so it's quick and easy. Just download and install from the Apple App Store, and you'll be up and running in minutes. You don't need any tech experience. Just turn it on and run.

Can I try it out before I decide?

Of course! We're offering a free trial, so if you don't love it, just cancel and it won't cost you a dime. After the free trial period, you can sign up for a Monthly or Annual subscription. If you're still not sure, you can start out on a Monthly plan. We've priced it low to make it an easy decision.

Does it replace my existing CRM software?

No, FastTrackAI™ complements your current tools without replacing them. The mobile app lets you quickly create summaries and reports, and you can share them via text, email, AirDrop, iCloud or DropBox. You don't need to change your current software.

Who can use it?

Our RealEstateAI™ app is intended for real estate agents. We'll introduce other apps to help in other industries in the near future.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. Like all AI systems, outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended. It's a productivity tool intended to save you time, but it's not perfect. Please review generated reports carefully and use your own judgment before relying on them.

What AI models does RealEstateAI use?
RealEstateAI offers two AI processing options:

  • Apple Foundation Model (On-Device AI): Available to all users and used by default.

  • Google Gemini (Cloud-Based AI): Optional for Pro subscribers who choose to enable it.

Users always control which AI model is used.

Does FastTrackAI use my data to train Apple’s Foundation Model?

No. Your data is not used to train Apple’s models. Apple itself confirms:
“We do not use our users’ private personal data or user interactions when training our foundation models.”

Our app leverages Apple’s on-device AI for certain features, but your confidential information is not fed back into Apple’s training systems.

Is my data kept private on my device?

Yes. Apple explains: “We protect our users’ privacy with powerful on-device processing and groundbreaking infrastructure like Private Cloud Compute.”

Our apps follows this principle: AI processing happens on your device, and your style guides and dictionaries stay under your control.

Does FastTrackAI train its own AI with my data?

No.

  • Apple Foundation Model: Apple does not use user data or interactions to train its models.

  • Google Gemini (Paid API): Google explicitly states that customer prompts and responses submitted through the paid Gemini API (which we use) are not used to train foundation models.

  • FastTrackAI: We do not use your data to train our own AI models.

What happens when I choose cloud-based AI (Pro version)?

If you opt in to use Google Gemini:

  1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is automatically redacted before any data is sent to the cloud

  2. Only the minimum necessary, redacted content is transmitted securely

  3. Data is processed solely to generate your requested summary or output

Does Google store or retain my data?
Google processes data using the paid Gemini API with the following guarantees:

  • Your data is not used for AI training

  • You retain ownership of your data

  • Processing is stateless, meaning data is not persistently stored

  • Limited temporary retention (typically up to ~30 days) may occur for operational, debugging, or abuse-prevention purposes only, and never for training

Does FastTrackAI store my AI prompts or generated summaries?
No. FastTrackAI does not store AI prompts or outputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested result to you. On-device AI data remains fully under your control.

Can I switch between AI options?
Yes. Pro users may switch between on-device AI and cloud-based AI at any time. You can also create a summary using one model, and try again with the other model to see if you like that version better.

Are my dictionaries and style guides shared?
No. Dictionaries, style guides, profile information, and reference materials you upload:

  • Remain on your device by default

  • Are not shared with Apple, Google, or FastTrackAI

  • Are only transmitted if you explicitly choose to export or share the

  • We may work with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, support).

  • In case of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale), contact information may be part of the transfer.

  • We may share contact info for partnerships or marketing purposes.

  • Your app data and confidential training files stay on your device unless you share them yourself.

Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can remove uploaded style guides and dictionaries from your device at any time. You may also contact support@fasttrackai.info to request deletion of any personal information we may hold.
